Withdrawal procedure
1. Use the scan tool to relieve pressure according to the pressure accumulator relief steps.
2. Remove the clutch actuator, oil pump and oil reservoir.
3. Drain the oil tank and use a tool to remove the clamp and low pressure line.
4.Using a tool, unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the oil tank.
5. Remove the O-ring from the oil pump oil outlet.
Verification procedure
1. Check that the surface of the oil tank is not damaged or cracked.
2. Check that there is no trace of oil or leakage at the oil outlet of the oil cap.
3. Make sure the oil cover vent is not blocked.
Installation procedure
1. Remove the cover from the new oil cap to make sure the oil outlet o-ring from the oil reservoir is undamaged and in good condition.
2. Align the oil outlet of the oil tank with the oil pump fitting and press it firmly, then tighten the bolts to the specified torque (10 - 11 N • m).
3. Install the clutch actuator, oil pump, and oil reservoir.
4. Use a scan tool to relieve system pressure to 0 bar and check if the oil level in the hydraulic oil reservoir is between the maximum and minimum marks.
5. Use the scan tool to self-teach by following the Self-Teach Steps to Bleed Clutch Actuator.
